The evening walk felt good today. I noticed the air was cooler and I came home feeling lighter. umm... umm.. what else do I say?? I think I gave myself space to slow down. The walk helped me breathe, and by the time I got home I felt ready to take tomorrow a little more gently.

What felt different between the start and end of your walk?

You

I went for a walk after dinner. I was still thinking about work when I left, but by the time I got home I felt a little lighter. I think being outside helped.

EBI

It sounds like the walk gave you some space after a busy day. What felt different by the time you got home— your thoughts, your body, or both?

It remembers what you tried last month.

Good evening! You mentioned bloating was rough yesterday. How did today feel?

A bit better actually. Skipped coffee this morning like we talked about.

That's two better days out of three since you tried that. Want me to note the coffee change so you can raise it with Dr. Tan next week?

Yes please. And can we keep the work stress part just between us?

Of course — that stays private. It's your record.

It remembers.

The more you chat with EBI, the more it learns about you.

Your privacy

You are always in control.

You choose what your doctor sees — mark any session private and it never leaves you. Singapore-held, never sold, never used to train AI.

Questions,
answered.

Will my doctor see everything I type?

No. Your daily check-ins are shared with your care team — that's the point. But conversations are private by default: mark any session private and your doctor never sees it.

Is EBI judging or diagnosing me?

Neither. It doesn't diagnose or score you — it records what you tell it, helps you notice patterns, and shares only what you choose.

How much does it cost?

The journaling companion is free. The DGBI module is free too, through a partner clinic or the study. Nothing to subscribe to.

What if I miss check-ins?

Nothing bad. EBI won't nag or shame you — even patchy data beats memory.

I'm waiting for a specialist — can EBI help now?

That's exactly what the study is testing: support while you wait. Joining never changes your place in the queue.

Someone in your corner, every day.
